It’s a very nice environment the employees are very friendly and helpful. I just don’t like the self checkout machines they are very touchy and I notice a lot of customers having trouble and needing the attendant

Sheila absolutely makes shopping here so dreadful. She's usually quiet and never speaks to anyone but more like at everyone. I can ignore the abrasive personality. But tonight we purchased four donuts and instead of waiting for a response she said "five?! Six?" And started squeezing the bag crushing two of our donuts. It would've been understandable if she wanted to open and look. We go there specifically for the donuts and the last time we came there were flies in there. So our excitement was very short lived due to her mashing them all together. We will use boxes in the future to hopefully avoid the rude clerk. I can excuse ride behaviors before so long I assume someone doesn't like their job and is making everyone else suffer it

I’d leave zero stars if I could, this place used to be a great store when it was Family Thrift Center. Now everything is overpriced and way lower quality. Produce is terrible, meat department looks like it’s ran by a lazy teenager, the donuts from the bakery are ridiculously over priced and terrible quality compared to what they used to be. Overall I can see this place going out of business within the next 5 years

convenient location, however, a lot of time what they post on ad , they don't have it in store, I went in for organic rainbow carrot, staff says not everything on ad is carried in this store. I wish they make it clearer on the online app not to waste my time to stop in

2nd time , I have went into this store and have been treated very poor but the people who work there. It is close to where I live, is why it is convenient for me to go to). 1st time I was accused of stealing when I was still scanning items, called manager and never saw the security officer again. 2nd time, Self checkout, had problems with quality of items, had a very ride employee tell me I should have just went to the actual checkout lines instead of doing it myself and then asking me if I even knew how to use the machine. If your employees don't want to work there, theu should just quit and stop putting their problematic attitude on others. I would rather travel all the way to walmart then to shop here with my 2 kiddos in a winter blizzard then to be looked down on everytime I come into this store. I may look different with Tattoos and Piercings but does not mean your workers should treat me any different than everybody else that shops there.
